CNC Grinding machine feature
System: The system is specially customized in combination with the Heartless Grinding Machine series. It adopts a touch screen human-machine interface, which is easy to operate and user-friendly. It can perform semi-automatic/fully automatic cyclic work according to customer needs. The program can be set to perform segmented grinding and segmented stopping according to customer needs. In fully automatic mode, the grinding output can be set and then automatically stopped (feed rate, speed, time, counting can be freely adjusted).
The layout of the machine tool adopts a single-sided movement method of the guide wheel frame
The grinding wheel shaft adopts a suspended structure, making it easy to replace the grinding wheel
